In compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties ("LFPDPPP"), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines, Market & Share IT, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "MarketShareIT" or the "Controller"), headquartered in Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through our website marketshareit.mx and our contact forms.

MarketShareIT has implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access, or disclosure, in accordance with the LFPDPPP and its Regulations.

7. ARCO Rights

You have the right to exercise at any time your Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) rights regarding your personal data. To do so, you may submit your request through the following means:

Your request must contain at minimum: (i) the data subject's name and address or email for notifications; (ii) a copy of official identification; (iii) a clear description of the personal data on which you wish to exercise your rights; and (iv) any document proving ownership of the data.

MarketShareIT will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt.

8. Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data at any time by sending a request to contacto@marketshareit.mx. Withdrawal of consent will not have retroactive effects and may limit or prevent access to our services.

9. Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, or for the period established by applicable laws. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, the data will be securely deleted from our systems.

The processing of your personal data is governed by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and other applicable legislation in the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and compliance of this notice, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico.
